LR Route Planner Problem

I use Route Planner quite a lot as it is much more efficient than trying to set routes up in the car.

However...

Recently it has marked a location as "My Car" or "last parked location" about 60 miles away on the A1 near Doncaster. Any route I set therefore starts with a 1 day and 6 hour walk to the car!

You can delete from the individual route but it comes right back when you want to set up a new route I have tried everything I can to try and remove it but without success, including deleting a reinstalling the app but it must be set up within the cloud part of the app because as soon as you sign in it comes right back!

Anyone got any bright ideas Please?

I had this problem. Dealer (at the third attempt at a fix) replaced the telematics control unit on the car & that resolved the issue for me.

I have never been logged out automatically until I went to 19B update and despite having the box ticked to stay logged in have had to re-enter the password three or four times now, I tend to use the "share arrival time" a lot and that is when I see logged out messages. My password is secure and hence is a real pain to put in. I have unticked the remember box and ticked it again, so far that seems to have worked.

Posted just in case others see the issue and in particular if AJR300 sees a log-out again try to refresh the stay logged in option.

Thanks Chris! Been having this same issue since 19B! I'll give this a try later.

This might be a stupid question but I didn't know you had to login in the car. Where is the screen where you do this?
Go to the navigation screen and it will say "Hello" tap that and you can then log in with your InControl account.

Happy to help, I hope it "sticks" now. I wonder, along with all the other settings that were reset, if that was cleared but the tick box did not clear?
The custom button in the steering wheel caught me out as well, it must be a game the coders play 😂
Alas not for me. Had to log in again today :-(

Yes I hang my head in shame that is not a fix alas. It did seem to last longer before log out but no consolation.
I have reverted to a short more easily entered password that I can memorise and hope LR have it on the bug list. You would have thought beta testing would have shown this but then I suspect we are all Beta testers 😥

I was hoping that 19C might solve the login issue, but no luck. No substantive reply from LR yet either.

Maybe 20A will fix it?
