Re: Behavior of Autostart
How it was originally, using Apple or Android devices. Start car from App. Unlock doors and get in car, push brake pedal and engine continues to run and remainder of car starts up. Open the tailgate without unlocking the doors, tailgate opens, engine shuts down. Unlock doors get in the car and start...

Re: Stolen in Essex
One thing the guy that fitted my house alarm system suggested is to get a wireless motion detector and sit it in the body of the car so that if the house alarm is set and someone opens a car door the house alarm will go off. He apparently does this with his own car when it is left outside his house ...

Re: InControl Touch Pro 20B released
We find the cold air from the face vents becomes too much so turn the fan down a few notches. The auto even when set to Soft & Gentle starts to push too much of a draught around. Personal tastes and all that, agree a setting to chose would be perfect. Simon, I believe the bursts of cold air can be ...

Re: Latest Major Software Update
Regarding the way the lower touch screen works I prefer it as it has been since 20B. I typically just leave the heating on auto and just adjust the temperature occasionally depending whether I'm driving in shirt sleeves or with a jumper or coat on.

Re: Driving in the wet
Edit, I have found my Velar to be fine and as Adrianne says it is quite stable and leaves one fresh at journeys end. Like Adrianne, I came to the Velar via a Jaguar F-Pace, which is much more of a 'drivers' car. I swapped my F-Pace due to a back problem my wife suffers with and the stiff suspension ...

Allema, I think the date you first reported the issue is the important date.

Re: Black/Ebony vs Light Oyster vs Light Oyster + Black/Ebony
I have the light oyster in my Velar and F-Pace before that. I do occasionally have the grand kids in the back but no issues in keeping the seats clean.
Just don't let any spills or accidents get the opportunity to soak in or harden on the leather, true for whatever colour you decide on.
