It does seem as though it is handled differently by different dealers. My mileage was relatively low when I rejected it (though it will go back with over 12,000 miles on it) and there was no need to negotiate a deal as it is effectively a straight swop and the original deal was very keen anyway. I did the Velar factory tour yesterday (amazing!). Only saw one Eiger Grey during the entire trip! You’ve joined an exclusive club! ;)

In short, yes. It’s at the dealers discretion to charge or not apparently. It’s included as standard on 20MY.
