Re: Funny gesture tailgate demonstration

I don’t have any issues with the gesture tailgate. The trick for me is that I have to go at it directly at the corner of the tail light. Think of the rear of the vehicle as a box, and the corners of the box are under the bumper directly below the tail lights, and you just want to kick those corners ...

Re: Possible to upgrade to Smartphone pack?

No if you don’t have a connectivity section under settings with WiFi or hotspot then the dealership is your only option. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Okay. So an update is available for me? I’ll ask the dealership to have a look. Thanks again. Yes 19C is available. Sent from my iPhone using T...

Re: Possible to upgrade to Smartphone pack?

KA794712 Thank you! Your SOTA is turned on and the latest update is 19C, but I can not see your current version. I can send it to your vehicle though. If you can connect your vehicle to WiFi and check for updates for me I will push the new software to you. Let me know once you are connected and hav...

Re: Possible to upgrade to Smartphone pack?

Thank you! That’s exactly what I read so I quizzed them on it. I was told if I don’t have SOTA available in the software update section then it’s not possible. I called another dealership (Parks in Ayr, Scotland) and they’ve asked me to bring the car in for them to check it on the 7th of Jan so I’l...

Re: Cracked Panoramic Sunroof

I'm new on here. I started looking to see it others had the problem I have, my Moonroof has 2 large cracks in it. My husband & I don't know when it happened, just open the slide one night & saw it. We felt all over the top and inside and couldn't feel any chips. Took it to the dealer and OF COURSE ...

19C has a fix for this, and if you still experience it after 19C let your dealer know.

Range to empty fix

Anyone know if this is ever going to be fixed? It is laughable how low the number is and it would seem like a simple software fix. I have not heard of any range to empty issues. I recommend switching off of that setting and ignore it. You don’t need to be going below 1/4 tank. Fuel is what keeps yo...
