Re: Extremely Uncomfortable Ride and Side to Side Rocking Motion on all Velars?

I have the exact same suspension setup as you: coil springs, adaptive dynamics, Pirelli Scorpion Verde tires, 20" wheels. I might come from a different perspective (my last couple of daily drivers have been sports cars like 911 or at least sporty cars like an M4), but I find this a very comfortable ...

Re: inControl upgrade

We also have to login into the navigation system every time we get in car to sync the locations from the Destinations app - even though we check remember my password... The Velar remembers your password all right, it just wants to verify if you do ;) I seldomly use the LR Nav anymore, only when Car...

Re: Velar FE or RRS ...

Enjoy the process of choosing! If I would be you, I would look into the most recent Velar I could afford. I believe a car model continuously evolves in terms of quality and robustness, even if there are no apparent 'evolutions' from model year to model year. I would try to avoid a first model year ...

Re: Fixed or Sliding Roof

I have the sliding one, but never use it. To me it just adds noise. I'd be just as happy with the fixed one.

Re: Latest Major Software Update

I went to the dealer because I thought the car had a turbo problem, but they just reset the transmission and all was good. In the mean time they upgraded the engine software to the latest release, and since then the car has 130kms of extra range on 1 fuel tank. It turns out the range used to be calc...
