Re: In control account

Not true, they can be retrofitted. My dealer offered to do it for me and others on the f-pace forums have had it done or done it themselves. The reason why dealers are so reluctant to do it is because it's a lengthy and complicated process requiring removal of every upper trim panel in the interior ...

Re: What exactly is this called?

It's called the "Tailgate Blind", it covers the gap between the parcel shelf and the tailgate - so people can't see what's in your boot.

See viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2297#p22976 for correct removal/install procedure.

Re: In control account

I'm trying to convince the wife just to leave it as I can't be bothered with the hassle... Had the opposite issu...

Re: All Velars to be recalled ‘Emissions’

This article seems to narrow Velar models down to petrol only:

My concern is that the "fix" is simply an engine de-tune on all affected...

Re: 12 month Velar owner

I love the car, my ICTP is still on v. 17something and is mostly stable and fully functional, having read all the nightmares about the 18C/D versions I am tempted to leave ti that way for now. I wish i had just stuck with v17.x.x Upgrade to 18D has basically destroyed all the telephony, bluetooth a...

Re: Sat nav voice guidance

Seems like my issues also include not being able to connect phone over Bluetooth for calls or audio. Must be a result of the recent 18D software update they applied.

Back to the dealership...

Re: Replacement Seat Cushion

The cover and cushion are separate pieces and would be replaced independently, the leather cover being more expensive than the cushion I imagine. Looking at the procedure, removing and replacing the cover is quite a complex undertaking so it's also where most of the labour time will be spent. The he...
