Re: Rear bumper off pictures

Are these the screws you mean?;

If so I don't think my hands are that bendy :lol:

If i did manage to get the screws out, I don't think the mounting tabs would fit back through the hole anyway :(

Re: Rear bumper off pictures

Thanks for those pictures, really helpful to see details like how the exhaust trim is attached to the bumper - looks like they can't be taken off from the outside, which is what I was trying to figure out the other day (to polish and ceramic coat them).

Re: Black interiors... too dark?

Welcome to the forum CJLondon. Having a black interior and privacy glass, I find that the front of the car is bright but the rear seats are a little dark for passengers. The panoramic sunroof definitely brighten's up the whole interior, even with black leather so I don't think you'll have a problem....

Re: Velarman might be coming back :)

Last year the debate was very polarised with a lot of alarmist articles in the media about the end of diesel engines on one side and zealous diesel owners on the other defending their choices. Diesels are still facing scrutiny but it's become kind of irrelevant now as electric and electric/petrol hy...

Re: Card scratches

Agreed, just for the scratched areas.

Try to keep it off any plastic or rubber trim in the area you'e working as well, oil based polishes are a pain to clean off if you accidentally let them dry on textured or porous surfaces.

Re: Card scratches

Get yourself some 1-stage polishing compound like Scholl S20 Black or Meguiars Ultimate, a hand polishing pad and a soft microfiber cloth. Follow the instructions and with a little elbow grease it will probably look better than it did coming out of the factory. Next time use dental-floss to cut the ...

Re: Probably already done to death....but D300 vs P300 ???

I've driven both and they have very different engine responses. The D300 provides a very smooth acceleration, the 700NM torque everyone refers to is only actually delivered between 1500-2000 rpm, after which it takes a sharp dive ending up well below 500NM at max revs. At peak torque you're only rea...

Re: P250 vs P300: Is there a big difference in MPG?

I'm getting about 20mpg in my P300, mostly city driving.
