Re: Rejecting a Lease Vehicle

As above. The lease company own the vehicle in the same way that financed are owned by the finance company. JLR were quite clear the rejection need to go through the vehicle owner I.e the finance company. I did however let the dealers know as they were really good in assisting with the rejection, I ...

Re: Order now in and the wait begins.

So..... Changed the order to a D275 HSE so lost my slot. Apparently it’s in the holding pool?!?!? Any ideas how long it will take? Dealer not giving a straight answer. My mileage was relatively low when I rejected it (though it will go back with over 12,000 miles on it) and there was no need to negotiate a deal as it is effectively a straight swop and the original deal was very keen anyway. Be...

Looks good!

I did the Velar factory tour yesterday (amazing!). Only saw one Eiger Grey during the entire trip! You’ve joined an exclusive club! ;)
Slight off topic, how did you get a tour?

Re: Quicksilver Rear Section

I’m not sure it will have zero warranty implication, I’d ask the question.

Re: 19MY Velar Software Update

I would raise a Complaint via JLR customer relations about the software issues you’ve been experiencing and suggest by way of compensation that they should install for free.
