Re: X5 to Velar owner

Heating steering wheel.

D275 or D300. I had the D180 and although it was a good engine the V6 is sublime.

Re: Meridian Sound System - Making it shine!

Morning

I was considering Tidal after advise from What Hifi and After a recent purchase from Richersounds as there downloads are cd quality, but at a cost... twice that of Spotify.

Does the site you mention offer a streaming service at HQ? If not any advice

Much obliged

Re: Car Purchase Schemes

Never had an issue, I go to my chosen dealer with the best car wow price and get it beaten, if they done I’d go with the car wow.

All would be forgotten by the time you need service/warranty work.

It certainly is, without doubt. (I meant a petrol I6 really as now offered in RRS MHEV).
I was basing it on the 4pot Ford vs LR Ingenium from previous experience in Evoques.
And inline is intrinsically smoother than Vee.
Anyway, I don't want to divert the thread :)

Re: trading in my P250 for the new Defender - what will I miss?

I've decided to postpone Velar order and, subject to having a decent test-drive, probably will order a Defender. Yes, a guinea-pig accepted. And Simon is right, it's a lot taller. But the Velar is lovely looking vehicle and stands out from competition IMHO. You may miss the luxury, the engine optio...

Re: Starting to Get Really Disappointed

The three sim is 24gb over 24 months for £40.

The one supplied in new vehicles is hugely expensive so I’ve binned it.

Re: The Have’s & the Don’t Have’s

@Haybird Thanks man, I’m exhausted with this now to be honest. Spoke with JLR on Friday and my intention to reject and all I got off them was excuses and reasons that I was not allowed, even although the car has never worked as it should for the 6 months I’ve had it. See what happens I suppose. I s...
