Re: Squeaky Brakes

I don’t buy the argument that it’s ok and acceptable for a new Range Rover to have brakes squeak - compound or less heavy metals used or anything else! Expect them to fix it under warranty for a £70k car!

Squeaky Brakes

Does anyone have any issues with squeaky brakes??

I have a 10 month old Velar with only 10k km on the clock, quite embarrassing but the brakes are quite loud and squeaky when I start driving and especially during light stopping!

Surely should definitely not be happening on a brand new Range Rover!!

Re: Auto Stop/Start Stopped Working

Mine also had stopped working last few months - took it to dealer today when they changed the car into winter tyres and they replaced the battery and now working again....

Re: Fitting winter tyres to 22”s ??? Good idea ??

I have the pirelli winter tyres for my 22” wheels and have to say they feel pretty smooth driving (much better than my continental 22” all season tyres)...

Prefer to have the car looking slick in the winter too...!!

Re: 17C Update Release

My car is currently with the Zurich dealership for the update and I just got a call saying that the update failed! They are awaiting further instructions from JLR Switzerland and UK on how to proceed.

No timeline on resolving but the car won’t be ready for pickup today or most likely this week!

Re: Finally arrived

Very nice!

I noticed something small today but it’s bugging me, looking at the copper stripe leading onto the front doors on both sides, I notice the door panel on the drivers side is slightly misaligned to the front side panel. Has anyone noticed this on their cars??
