Considering a Tyre Change

Don’t just over 16k now and considering a tyre change as we go into A wet UK Winter. My gripe with the standard all seasons are for such a heavy car they aquaplane way too easily. I live rural but do a lot of Motorway as well so considering a winter Tyre. Would appreciate thoughts and recommendation...

Re: Apple Car Play - pros/cons

Morning I’ve been using ACP for about two weeks now. Generally I prefer it and does seem more stable than ICTP was. Of course there are some pros and cons. Re: Bmw X4 to Velar

Personally, I would add the pano roof and if you are going corris grey, the black roof really sets it off My only regret is not having the black roof with the Corris although the Pano roof does hide my error quite well. Re: Phase 5 update now available

Thanks P380NorvikEclipse. Car did not need AA activating, problem was a cheep ebay phone cable. Used the Samsung cable supplied with phone AA connected perfectly. Am I right, to use AA you must use the cable, and can’t do it though Bluetooth? Bluetooth not yet available for CarPlay with JLR.

Re: Check All Tyre Pressures

I hate TMPS it’s not the best system. My partners evoque dis exactly the same day before last but assumed it was the temperature change. My velar has Nitrogen in all tyres which gives much more stability to the TMPS and isn’t so affected by temperatures Changes. That said if it does persist I would ...

Re: Any updates on Carplay/AA?

I have also experienced the CarPlay not available. What the LR Techs told me is once the truck is started you have to wait at least 2 min for the system to completely boot up then connect the phone to the USB cord. also if you use remote start that does not count as a complete boot. It's not until ...
