Headlight Strange Defect

Hello all,
Has anyone faced the problem shown in the pictures attached below? It seems that the plastic (or rubber - believe it's plastic) running alongside of the front headlight has gone loose and moved upwards. Now it's stuck in that position and covers a part of the LED Daytime running light. The yellow line is where it was supposed to be and the red is where it is now. Has any one seen this before? Any possible fixes apart from paying 3500-4000 GBP for a new one

No not seen that before! those clusters aren't cheap either. Is it covered under warranty?

Hi Tinkerbell, It is not under warranty as my car is 4.5 years old. I visited the local dealership knowing that they were not going to say anything different. I went there and ask them to inspect and verify that there are no hits, no scratches and no signs of being in an accident in order to be ready when I email Land Rover support.I did it in the past and they covered Telematics module under warranty by exception (showed them that the fault occured while my car was in the dealer for SW updates). I hope I will get the same outcome this time as well but I am not so optimistic....

Hi Meebackk, Did you visit LR for this issue? Any solution other than replacing the headlight?
