Hi,

My director has had his Velar since 2017 and today he was unable to use his InControl navigation system as it was showing the message 'traffic info is not available'
Land Rover said this would be do to with the sim expiring but upon checking with Ubigi, it appears he's never had a SIM card in the car.

For some reason it has just stopped working, his subscription is in date also.
I upgraded his phone recently, could it be anything to do with that?

Would really appreciate anyone's help with this as he really relies on the navigation system
