Hello all! I have a HSE P380 (July 2017 build date). It only has 45K kilometers (28K miles). I brought it in for the annual motor vehicle inspection and it failed for two reasons: (1) Brake discs were >50% covered in rust on the insides and (2) Rear wishbones had failed and were wobbling/loose. So, now I am waiting for an estimate to replace all 4 brake discs and pads as well as the rear suspension wishbones. The shop said that the wishbones were deteriorated due to low quality of the parts. He also said it was very strange to see brakes as corroded as mine with so little mileage on the odometer. I'm kind of bummed that the car needs so much work to pass inspection. My May 2015 Discovery 4 passed with no problems and has 100K kilometers and the original brakes! Has anyone else had a failed rear suspension wishbones at this point in their Velar ownership? Unfortunately warranty will not cover since I bought the car in the USA and now have it with me in the Netherlands.
