happy Christmas all, I did an update day before Christmas Eve and since then screens have looked like this. Can’t do anything, no climate just blasting hot air that I can’t change, no music, no sat nav etc. guess what 3 days after warranty ends, who would have thought?
Any help appreciated

I think, first of all, you should try the light reset.
Maybe I would take to the dealer anyway also if the reset fixes the problem. Could be a problem with the installation of the update and the can rewrite it again.
No problem before this?
(To light reset keep pushing the small centre multimedia dial for 15s at least: if you've already done I wuold take to the dealer)

Thanks, tried the soft reset but no joy.
Guess we’ll be driving around in a sauna style sweat box until LR can look at it and currently 5 week lead time at our deadline. No doubt they will charge me too even though an update has caused it.

Looks like the update did not fully complete. Are you connected to domestic Wi-Fi?

Maybe needs a dealer reset.
