All - I'd like quick feedback on the auto locking differential. Will it do anything beyond what torque vectoring does? On other vehicles I think it's a must, but get conflicting information on Velar. Some say it's a redundant system. Some say adds weight, complexity so more room for break down vs benefit. some say will help tremendously on and off road with better / quicker slip control. Also, have heard the incremental gain w differential doesn't matter due to all season tires. if had at tires then some say would make a difference.

I'm not a boulder-er off roader, but go through deep puddles, up all kinds of trails etc often. Is the $1500 worth it for velar?

Custom order deadline is today so need to know fast. All feedback appreciated, thanks!
