Hello peeps,

Yesterday the subwoofer stopped playing and trying to control it by the radio would not do anything but put more bass on the speakers... took it to the dealership today and they said it passes the technical test but it doesn't work.

They sent it to JLR awaiting for a report.

When I came home the system reset itself on its own...
And the subwoofer control dissapeared from the screen...
Apparently it had the latest update on the system...

Anyone have any clue ?

Update on the topic,

The car tried to do the OTA update the days before the issue.
JLR said the update never completed for whatever reason and gave a glitch of somesort to the computer.
They did the update at the dealership and then magically the subwoofer came back to normal operation!
