Hi Everyone, I’ve just bought a 2019 Velar d180 r dynamic s and saw this Forum. I used to have a Discovery 3 which I owned for 13 years then changed to an X5 BMW but decided to return to Landrover getting the Velar. I’m hoping I’ll be able to get some tips on here as the main dealer handover has been very swift due to the current virus situation.
I’ll post some queries in the correct areas once I’ve sussed out the forum site, just thought I’d say Hi for now!

Something I would like to ask, I’ve noticed that my velar seems quite noisy when pulling away in the first couple of gears, once it gets going it’s really quiet. Is this normal for the 180 2 litre engine? It’s a lovely car with plenty of power, maybe it’s just something to get used to.

I think that is the same colour combo I have ordered. R Dynamic Santorini black with black pack and oyster / ebony. If so, I’ll be pleased if mine looks as good !
