Dynamics

Post by MTD1988 » Tue Dec 04, 2018 5:08 pm

Hi all,

I’ve had my velar a week today and was wondering if there’s a way to change the dynamics to start on ‘eco’ rather than ‘comfort’ - apologies if this has been answered already.

:)

The cars default setting is comfort, which is general driving in other LRs.

I don't think there is a way to have Eco permanently switched on. The drive modes other than comfort switch back to comfort when the car is restarted (they stay enabled for up 6 hours after the car is switched off).

No you can’t change it, not sure why you would want to. It has no real impact on MPG.

Do you realise what “Eco” does?
It will attempt to turn off heated windscreen, heated steering wheel, heated seats, and lower fan speed to minimum.
Is that what you want 1st week in December?
Even turns the radio volume down if it’s too high.

If I set mine to ECO in the evening, then the next day when I restart the car it is still in ECO.
I have 18c software
R Dynamic HSE D300. HeadsUp, black pack, 22&20” black wheels, Off road pack, Tracker, air ionisation, tow bar, roof rails, pano roof, privacy glass, illuminated door plates, extended leather, config lighting, remote seat release, heated steering wheel
