When I looked at the PCP monthly's I'm sure that though the D300 was a bit more in total price the monthly's were lower due to the higher GMV, when comparing two cars with identical specs - though I may be mis-remembering :D
On order, due December 2018: MY19.5, Kaikoura Stone, D300 R-Dynamic HSE, R-Dynamic Black Pack, 20" 10 spoke Satin Dark Grey wheels, fixed pano roof, Driver Assist pack, On/Off Road pack, Light Oyster seats and headlining.

Thanks guys for all your inputs.
The d300 was around £10 more per month which is fine but it’s the insurance cost for me that makes it significantly more (£300 more per year).
Glad to know I am not the only one ordering a d275 without driving it @mkvelar, in fact your spec is identical to mine except I went with the upgraded sound system over the roof. Everyone seems to do the roof though hmmm

Yep i was advised to add the roof as it added a bit more resale value. The Velar i drove had a fixed roof and i did like the extra light it brought in and like the idea of being able to open the whole roof!
Ordered 20/11/18 :D 19.5MY R-Dynamic SE D275 Corris Grey, 21" 1033 Black Wheels, Sliding Pano roof, Black Pack, Heated Steering wheel, No Derivative or engine badge, No roof rails

Am not sure any option adds much real value upon resale, and all my landrovers were always very option heavy. Makes a sale easier, but limited future value :(

just out of interest, what interior did you go with? I went with the all light interior on the ceiling and the seats, hoping that would counteract the light issue.
