I am on 18C and have been avoiding any update until the software is stable and does not introduce any new issues
I have none at the moment and would like to keep it that way

So you're saying this update happened by itself without a SOTA activation by a dealer?? Eeeeks

Turning on SOTA happened automatically by the dealer (I presume) but it tells you on screen that there is a new update available and asks you if you want to download and update. As shown above you can also turn OTA updates off from inside the car.

I have 19a4 haven’t experienced any issues thus far.

Ah, found what you meant on the Help & System Status option.

Thing is, if SOTA is not enabled all an owner will see is a message saying no update available. There is no SOTA enabled/disabled status in car or on TOPIx.
Dealer switched mine on in June day before the update. So is it back off if I receive "no update available"?
velar.jpg What does "software update on" and the button to the left mean?
I have noticed the button to the left of "software update on" turns it's self on and off. nothing happens if I touch it!
The software lock button works.

Mine updated today to S19A_19.24.2-375121

Looks exactly the same from what I can tell.... I was hoping it would include Apple CarPlay!

When mine went in for a software update it took all day to install CarPlay so i don’t think it would be achievable OTA
