On the LR website they show all kinds of apps available like Spotify, stitcher, etc. but when I download the LR Apps app from the App Store and run it this is all I have available. Where are the rest? I have all the apps on my phone it none of them show up in the LR app.

I believe InControl Apps were discontinued a couple years ago once Apple CarPlay and Android Auto were made standard. The Spotify app on either is much better than it was in InControl (the whole of which was never very good). You can return to the main screen after selecting music in ACP/AA (Siri works pretty well too, prompted via Hey Siri or the voice button when ACP is open), and have control over songs from media interface on top screen, lower screen or with steering controls.
