WiFi and Remote app issues

Hey all, just got my wife’s 2018 Velar back from the dealer. They replaced a dead battery and several other parts. Today I noticed a couple of new issues. First, I can no longer connect the car to a WiFi network. Search for networks just loads forever, and attempting to manually input my connection doesn’t do anything. If I attempt to toggle WiFi off from the Connectivity page it says “WiFi Not Available” and turns the switch back to on. I also noticed in the info screen the MAC Address for the WiFi is blanked out.

Also, if I attempt to use the remote app it says the car is asleep. I tried logging out of the app, pressing the left button on the ceiling for 10-15 seconds. I drove the car around for a bit with the yellow light flashing. I logged back into the app. Nothing happened, and the yellow light is still flashing.

Any ideas on these issues? I believe the software version I’m running is 20C1.
