it is possible to bypass the countries blocking (for example in Germany) the remote control air conditioning. Or is there a third-party app for this.

I do not have that functionality visible.
Would like also to know how to bypass and have it for some use cases.
Here in Finland the regulation states that in temperatures above -15 Celsius max idle run time is 2 minutes and in temperatures below -15 Celsius 4 minutes.
If exceeded, you can be fined.
