I installed 20A the other day. No real changes that I’ve seen yet.

Audio still crackles btw.

Anyone with 20A yet?

Yes, used the car a couple of days ago and the update was offered for download, which I did. Haven't noticed any real difference, but only been on one short journey so far.

The obvious difference is the banner about staying safe - which I could well do without.

Same here, 20A was offered at the weekend on startup, via wireless update / over the air. Took the update, all seems fine with no detectable changes other than the splash message - which I found quite nice the first time but a little tedious now.

We are hardly using our Velar at the moment due to COVID-19 suppression measures which are still tight here in Scotland at the moment. So I haven’t noticed any real changes, although I believe 20A means my USB hi-def lossless FLAC music will now always begin where I left off before an earlier shutdown.

Our cars have never looked so clean, for so long. In an area full of sheep and mud, it makes a change!

When are they solving this?????
I will call my dealer as I don't really need my car these days and I also need to change the brakes.

I checked today again and not available yet! Anyone else in 19C and the car saying 'Software up to date'?

Have you ever had any OTA updates?
If not, it may be that the SOTA function is not enabled yet. A call to the dealer and they are able to remotely switch this on for you!

Me. I have to say, I’ without smartphone pack, and wi-fi has only been enabled a couple of months ago, I never had an OTA update since then, it always says, Software up to date, so I doubt OTA will work at all, despite the car being able to connect to wi-fi.

Same for me, 19C added the wifi functionality but so far it's been saying 'up to date'. I think it might have been disabled for certain regions. To be honest, while I do manually connect to wifi every week or so to check for updates, I'm kind of relieved nothing is being installed OTA. I've heard stories from the dealer of people not being able to start their car in the morning after an OTA update.

Yes.
I got the last update 19C at the dealer via wifi.
He said he enabled it for me and I downloaded 19C using their wifi. I was inside the car.

I thought that he enabled it definitely.
Is it possible that he enabled only 19C?
Shall I call and ask them?
Thanks
