Yeah
I’m just sick of taking it into the dealership for updates, thankfully SOTA updates are confirmed to work now from 19a onwards.

Having to go back in this week though as the workshop bashed and broke my deployable handle while doing the 19a update.

The pic is of the handle closed and locked

I've got mine back today. They've updated the software (latest 19a I believe) and say that it's fixed the issue. Doubt it based on the earlier replies today.

They have enabled over the air updates so hopefully the next update will sort it if this one hasn't.

New software out soon, and anyone on 19 currently will be able to update via SOTA over Wi-fi

That’s great! I find it much more responsive.

But just find it hilarious the dealerships and JLR don’t know what the other is doing!

Mines in today for a few things including 19A to cure a raft of issues - no traffic reports, no in control , crackling audio , screens with a mind of their own etc etc . Also some trim bits and door rattle . Shame really as its a cracking car . The issues I have shouldn't be on a car that's over a year in to its lifecycle and only 3 months old !

I had the whole ACP collapse on me this morning. Got latest edition software too, noticed screens take way longer to load up on start up, phone calls this morning in Apple CarPlay went mental, just decided to start trying to call every number on the recent calls list.

Ooft.

That sounds a great distraction from driving. FFS!

Take a video recording of the fault- send to JLR customer service direct. They raise a warranty claim and get a dealer to fix. Dealers won’t investigate

I'm getting worried about this too. My Velar may need an IMC change, and I dont want to swap my current problems for the cracking audio problem. I have the Meridian 850w system, is this a problem too?
