There is a lot of advice kicking around, though I can't guarantee quality.
This link may get you started, have a Googlearound.

(you'll to scroll down past some waffle as it mentions cars up to and beyond 6 months old.

Thanks for the above.

I shall be contacting finance company to start the process.

On a positive I’ve learnt a work colleague has rejected his car successfully for the same issue he says it’s a simple process.

Never again shall I purchase this brand!!!

If this planned update doesn’t fix the issue then mine too is getting rejected, absolutely disgusting and unacceptable from a supposed luxury brand selling top dollar motors

Same here.
I’m done after this update if it’s not fixed. I have a friend that works at the bbc so will be getting watch dog or some other consumer show involved too.

Get them on it mate, I’m disgusted with the inadequacy of it. Beautiful looking motor, nice drive but that’s it. Software is an absolute bite.

I honestly feel gutted for the folks that suffer this problem. I only have an 'S' so I get the standard system.

I'd happily participate in any BBC item. This and the hill hold assist are completely unacceptable.

It doesn't work. Mine rolls backwards when on a slight incline. I nearly rolled back into the car behind me the first time it happened.
