I wonder if it is a batch of batteries, I spend most of the uk summer holidays in France at one point mine was left for 4 weeks. Started 1st time no issues or warnings.

They replaced the battery a few months ago... but i still get the message every 3-4 days.
Last time I used the car was on Sunday, ... today I got the message again.
I dont think it is normal....
It’s not normal. Take it to the dealer to get it fixed.

Not sure whether you use the app on your smartphone to interact with the car.
There is an option on the app on the 'settings' page for 'Wake up timer'. You can program the car using this to go to low power mode for the duration of your holiday. The car will wake up on your day of arrival thus saving power when it is not being used on a day to day basis.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for your comments.
I dont have the inControl apps, so I cant do that. Is not available here. :(

I don’t understand where the issue might be. But I get the warning every 4-5 days that I dont use the car.
The dealer has already replaced the battery. But the problem is still there...

It is rather strange that you are getting battery issues. There must be something wrong with perhaps the alternator in the car.
I have left the car for about 2 weeks at the airport and the engine came back to life with no hesitation on pressing the start button. But then, I had it on the wake timer anyway.
Btw, does your car have a built in SIM and wifi hotspot? The wifi if it remains active while the car is not being used, can drain a fair bit of power. You should definitely get it back to the dealer as the battery going down in 4-5 days is unacceptable!
Until you get this fixed, a back up plan would be to invest in a power bank with a jump start cable.

The battery should not drain so quickly that you need a trickle charger or a disconnection over a long holiday.

This is the issue that you need to correct via the dealer.
There is a battery setting at which the battery begins re-charging.
In many early 2017-2018 cars, this setting was set too low so the battery will have drained a lot before it starts re-charging.
All your dealer will do is raise the threshold so it charges even at a higher rate of charge.

If this setting is not the issue, ask the delaer to check the cells and if they are faulty, the battery will be replaced under warranty

Thanks for your message.
Can you please give me more information?
Did this issue happen to you?
Do you know if there is a bulletin in Topix for this?
Thanks
