Personally, I would add the pano roof and if you are going corris grey, the black roof really sets it off

 

yep definitely go for the black roof

i would go at least 21inch wheels

 

Thanks I love the pano roof but the wife hates them so she top trumps me... Like your tip on the black roof will check price out for this...

I have SE as well and decided for few options which I really love and would advice you to consider:
360 cemeras - makes parking so much easier
heated and cooled front seats
heated steering wheel

 

Upgraded stereo, we have the meridian 800watt system (think it's 800w) and I'd wish I'd gone for the next step up and heated steering wheel. However these may have been standard on your spec.

Hi I've got the 17 speakers 825w as I can turn it up and drown out the kids arguments... Haven't got the heated steering wheel so will look into that thanks..

Hi I've got the 360 cameras which I hope will stop the wife curbing all the wheels... She's a natural at this... Also seem to have parking assist on the spec sheets the seller gave me but doesn't say that on my order form.

My only regret is not having the black roof with the Corris although the Pano roof does hide my error quite well. Did consider having the missing bits wrapped including the spoiler which I may still do in the new year when new tyres are required.

Had velar d240se Byron blue 2 weeks and love love love it.

Would recommend R-Dynamic and black pack upgrade along with pano roof. I'd stick with 20 wheels in grey they look great and much smoother ride compared to bigger wheels.
