Charging Power / Speed

I was under the impression the Velar P400e could be charged at 22kW for fast charge but whenever I charge using a 22kW charger it still takes the same time as it does for my home 7kw charger.

Is there a menu where you can set the maximum charging speed?

Thanks in advance.

If you go to the setting menu and select 'Apps', 'Navigation', 'Charging' you get a slider that sets minumum charging speed. I believe this just setst the speed of charging point displayed on the map, and is nothing to do with the car's charging speed. If there is another setting for charging speed then I can't find it !

My P400e charges from empty to 100% in 1 hour 20 minutes on my 22Kw home charging point. Considering it has a 17.1Kwh battery and assuming maximum charging rate at all times, it should charge in 45 minutes. Not sure why it takes longer. Seems to get to 80% more quickly, then slows down.

Isn't it common that up to 80% is relatively quick and the last 20% takes longer?
That seems common with BEVs so may have something in common with PHEV. (Battery longevity).
So you can't just simply divide capacity/charge rate.

There are also a number of YouTube where people have problems with some rapid/fast chargers (comms with the car and it's not just JLR).
