Just had the auto response below having sent a support query to LR. Followed the link but to me the alternative contact options just seem less convenient to email.

So no email to send to any more and today mid morning the 0370 500 0500 number has a recording saying "our lines are currently closed.
Go to the website - its says "Ask our online assistant a question by clicking the 'Talk to Us' button at the side of this page." - there is no button and anyway it would be a bot that chucks out rubbish!

No I'm a grown up with a big keyboard and screen!!!! I want to send an email (cos I use it every day), get a reference number and have a dialogue ffs.

I'm missing something aren't I? How do others "correspond" ?
